Re: Domain admin login problem

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Hi,

This would have been easy I guess if you would have provided the exact
error message. From your messages, you provided the following:

"Unable to logon, because the account restricted" (There is no error as
such)
"Unable to log you on becase of an authentication restriction" (This is
different than the one you gave before)

I think the error that you got was

"Unable to Log You on Because of an Account Restriction"

This behavior can occur if the account you are using to connect with
has a null (blank) password. You cannot establish Remote Desktop
connections when you are using an account with a null password. To work
around this behavior so you can establish Remote Desktop connections,
log on at the console of the computer, and then set a password for that
user account so that it no longer has a null password.

If this is not the case and you are actually getting the message that
you stated before, send a screen shot
