One more side note... On a DC I can do a Start | Run |
\\dc_name\SYSVOL I can see a list of all of the policy template
files.... BUT, on this particular DC, it prompts me for user
credentials.... I'm a member of every Win2k3 group as I have all
"admin" rights.

I checked the share rights, and it's the same as the other DC's! I
also made sure the NTFS permissions on the root of that share are OK...
