These ADM's are the culprits, they are local on the machines ...
AER_1028.ADM
AER_XXX.ADM

I also removed the unsupported ADM's locally

Hi,

This behavior can occur because the portion of the .adm files stored in
the
Windir \System32\Group Policy\ folder that controls the localized version
has been altered or substituted.

To work around this behavior, use either of the following two methods:
Method 1
Reload the original default .adm file from the Windir \System32\Group
Policy\ folder: 1. In the Group Policy tree, right-click Administrative
Templates , and then click Add/Remove Templates .
2. Remove all templates.
3. Add the templates back again.

Method 2
Disable the policy that automatically updates the .adm files.

Hello Vincent,

The point is I am seeing English, Italian, German, French ... that's what
the problem is. I have seen the KB article and I'm trying to implement
that
best practice but how is it that I'm seeing allt thos languages ...? The
screen print I took is to large to be posted.

Thx for any further advice!

Hi,

Because the GPT folder can store only one set of .adm files, you cannot
use
the GPT folder to store .adm files for multiple languages.Consider
standardizing on Windows Server 2003 for administrative workstations in
a
multi-language administrative environment. Configure both the Always
use
local adm files for Group Policy Object Editor and Turn off automatic
updates of adm files policy settings. You can refer to following
article
for more information:

Now, let me know your conerns in detail.

Thanks.
