Moving FSMO roles

We have a mix of Windows 2000 server DC's and Windows Server 2003 domain
controllers. We are in the process of migrating everything to Windows Server
2003. The FSMO roles are spread on different servers and I would like to
move it to our Windows Server 2003 Domain Controllers. The existing
structure is shown below. The PDC role and RID Pool Manager is our new
domain controller. I also have a fault tolerant domain controller for this
new DC. I would like to now move the FSMO roles from the 2000 boxes to 2003
boxes. What is the best design and what functionality should reside where to
get this moved and any precautions I need to take in moving. Thanks for you
reply in advance.
