Logon Banner not displaying upon log on

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

Hi all!

I've created a logon banner in order to warn our users each time they
log onto the network about the company policy re software
installations, security, etc.
I've set this via the Group Policy under Local Policies\Security
Options\Interactive Logon but when the user logs on to the network no
logon banner is displayed. All other settings are being applied
correctly via the Group Policy.
Is there some other setting I need to enable?

Thanks!
