Hi, we want to migrate NT domain to an new 2003 domain under an existing
forest with a single domain. At the end of the migration it should be

what is the possible way to migrate NT domain in this situation. Thanks to

Your best bet is to UPGRADE your PDC to Win2003 directly
into the Forest as a (new) child domain.
