Directory services cannot start error

when I reboot one of our DC, I got this error message: Security
Accounts Manager initialization failed because of the following error:
Directory Service cannot start. Error Status: 0xc00002e1. Please
click OK to shutdown this system and reboot into Directory Services
Restore Mode. Check the event log for more detailed info."

I search and found the article 258062, did all the command, all command
failed, error: DBInitializeJetDatabase failed with [database is
inconsistent]

I can logon to Directory Service restore Mode. but I don't have any
backup of the system state so I can' t do any restore.

I can' t do DCpromo in safe mode. I don't want to reinstall OS because
I have database server running on it. And it still works properly in
safe DSRM mode.

could you help to find a way to demote this server so I can reboot
normally. I don't actually want this server to be DC.
