win2003 as an Aditional domain controller

Hi,

I am trying to setup our new win2003 server as a aditional domain
controller:
I got error: The ADC Installation Wizard cannot continue because the forest
is not prepared for installing win20003 .......

I did try

adprep /forestprep
adprep /domainprep

net localgroup "Pre-Windows 2000 Compatible Access" everyone /delete

The old ADC was setup to allow connections from Win95, Win98, those
computers are
not longer used. And I think that is way the new win2003 is refusing to
become a additional domain controller.


Any Suggestion?
