Thanks for your response Brian.

I have checked the win2003 servers and as predicted the "Impersonate a
client after authentication" right in Domain Controllers security
Policy does not contain the service or administraotrs accounts and in
the Domain security Policy it is not configured at all.

I will role back our test servers and try again with these configured
correctly. Thanks for your help, I will post the results when finished.
