Join Domain Automatic

Hi all,
If any possible can let windows xp/2000 client Automatic join to windows
2003 active directory domain?
I have about 1,500 windows 2000/xp workstation client,I build a new windows
2003 ad domain.How i can let these can automatic join to ad domain?
have any tools or script can suggest me?
