Hi
ADAM SP1 is an in-place upgrade you should be able to just run it
and upgrade your existing instance. As with any upgrade you should have
a good backup before the upgrade and ideally test the upgrade outside
of your production environment.
ADAMSync is bundled as part of ADAM SP1 and is supported
for ADAMSP1. It has no UI unfortunately.

Dear all,
I just found out that the existing ADAM I have installed 2 monthes ago are
older version, it is version 1.0.230.0, And I know that Win2003 R2 has
another updated version on 1.1.3790.2075(I think that it is ADAM SP1). Do
I
need to uninstall the older version before I install the newer one? Or, I
can just click setup on the newer version?
In order to use AD to ADAM sync, It must be only work under newer ADAM?
Any UI on this AD to ADAM Sync?
