I've got the same issue. I'm a Domain Admin, but my general account is
causing the problem. We have traced it back to our front-end Exchange
servers. Every 15 minutes some service is requesting authentication
and on the 5th time I'm locked out. We've run Etherreal, traced all
logs, other SNORT tools, etc. We can't find it. It's been happening
for some time now (days). I've cleared out the Mobile logs and any old
setup for Mobile Exchange. I've shutdown and unplugged all machines.
Seeing that it's on our front-end servers, it's got to be something
like OWA or RPC over HTTP, Mobile, etc.,as far as I can figure. I've
traced the logs through all the DCs, the back-end server and the
front-ends. I did see one 127.0.0.0, but this isn't telling me where
it is. I can easily remove my account and recreate one with a
different SID, but where's the fun in that?
