I just answered a very similar question. I always promote that people
search in this news group before posting. Not picking on you....it is just
that a lot of the questions are repeatedly asked and answered time and time

Is there a way to install individual AD Tools onto WinXP with SP2 from
Adminpak.msi, like "AD Users and computers"?
With Win2000, the "regsvr32 dsadmin.dll" can do this trick from W2K DC to
W2K Pro, but it does not work on W2K3 to WinXP, and the error message is
'Loadlibrary("dsadmin.dll") failed - The specified module could not be
found.'
Any idea?
