What you want to do is use the Delegation of Control Wizard to provide an OU
where this jr admin can add workstations. By default all users can add (I
think it is 10) computers to a domain, what you can do is at the level of
authority you want this junior admin to add computers delegate him authority
to do such. It is very simple and easy. For further details follow the

Hi,
We have a remote office site where we have a user that helps us with some
of the computer problems. We don't want him to have domain admin
privilege but still want him to have privilege to add computers to our
domain. What is the best way to do this?
