In addition to having clients use this system as a DNS server you must also
make it a Global Catalog server. You should have at least two GCs in your

I would also like to know how long does it take for primary dc to
synchronise with additional dc when new domain user is added to primary
dc.

If these DCs are in the same site (intrasite replication), replication will
take 5 minutes if they are Win2k DCs, or 15 seconds if they are 2003 DCs.

If these DCs are in different sites (intersite replication) the default
schedule is 3 hours.
