Re: DCs after Domain Name Change



You can rename the DCs using NETDOM.

Try this:

netdom dc01.oldfqdn.com /add:dc01.newfqdn.com
netdom dc01.oldfqdn.com /makeprimary:dc01.newfqdn.com
netdom dc01.newfqdn.com /remove:dc01.oldfqdn.com
