Event ID 677 on Win2K DC

I see these on a DC every 7-30 seconds. This is coming from a 2003 Member
Server. I've googled the ticket options and Failure Code entries with no
solutions. Eventid.net has nothing. I did find 2 older Newsgroup posts via
Google that are no longer here, but they had no solutions either. Anyone
know a solution?
