Roaming Profile question

Is it possible and/or easy to set up a roaming profile such that profile
changes will be uploaded to the server at logoff only from one designated
system? I want to set it up so that profile changes will stick only when
made from the user's primary system -- the one they use 95% of the time. If
they log in to some other client, I want them to get the profile from the
server, but I don't want any profile changes they make to copy back to the
server. Thanks.
