Thanks for replying.

In fact i did create new site link. If you see my post you will find.

5) After this I created a sitelink object and added both sites (

Now after doing this, I selected no replication for both new sitelink object
and
DEFAULTIPSITELINK. So that i can test. I created new user in application
partition but still it was getting replicated.

I read the doc which said Default there is a DEFAULTIPSITELINK Site Link
that all
> sites are members of. So are you saying that i should delete DEFAULTIPSITELINK ?
