There really isn't much to tell you if you change the ip addresses modify
the sites and services to reflect the the new addresses. It really is
pretty simple. But unforgiving if you make a mistake (Forget something).
As you modify servers your users should ipconfig /flushdns to clear there
cache. If you are running exchange you have to modify your mx records. if
you have NAT running that will have to fixed to reflect the new scheme.
