Dire problem

In an effort to solve the problem that I previously posted regard 1030 and 1097, I came across "nltest /sc_query", which failed "I_NetLogonControl failed: Status = 1355 0x54b ERROR_NO_SUCH_DOMAIN"
when run from the domain controller. I ran a "netdom resetpwd" on the DC which has made things far worse. I am unable to authenticate to the domain at all. Workstations can't, I can't Remote Desktop, the Radius server on the DC won't authenticate which hoses VPN, I can't view shares, I can't remote manage the DC. Remote Desktop to the DC shows a logon but then says it can't find the domain.

When I get to work in the morning, what should I do if I can't logon to the DC locally? What should I do if I can? This is the sole DC for my domain.
