So if you want to migrate away from the current environment, you should tell
management why it sucks..

if applicable you could tell them:
* what is wrong at the moment
* how it can be solved
* how much the solution will cost
* what is the gain if the solution is implemented (think about less admin
time needed to do this or that, experienced errors/problems/issues at this
moment will also be solved, happier users/admins, crap will be cleaned
because of the upgrade, etc., etc., etc.)
