Changing a username

Are there any awkward implications to changing a username?

I have a user who's name has changed, so the username and all other
references need to be changed as follows:

From:

Name: "Joe Bloggs"
User logon name: "Joe.Bloggs"
Pre-2000 username: "JoeB"
Email: joe.bloggs@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
Profile Path: \\server\home\joeb\profile
Home Folder: \\server\home\joeb\mydocuments

To:

Name: "Joe Smith"
User logon name: "Joe.Smith"
Pre-2000 username: "JoeS"
Email: joe.smith@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
Profile Path: \\server\home\joes\profile
Home Folder: \\server\home\joes\mydocuments

The user has a roaming profile, so would I need to rename the folders on the
server?
How about the locally cached profile folders?

TIA,

Mark
