Hello Hillary,
you can move the accounts using the Active Direcotry Migration Tool (ADMT) -
Version 3 has been recently released. You can not keep SIDs when migrating
between domains (the SID has a domain-part which needs to be specific to the
domain) however if the target-domain runs in Windows 2000 native or Windows
Server 2003 mode ADMT will copy the SID in the SID-History Attribute which will
make sure that your users still have access to their resources.
