Hi
When you finally manage to logon, is there anything in the event log? Have
a look in the System Event log, and the Directory Services event log. That
should give you a pointer to the problem.
An area worth investigating is the DNS configuration. Check it thoroughly.
Sorry the advice is limited, but hope it's a step in the right direction.
