Active Directory replication intervals.
Windows 2003: 15 seconds (Intrasite); 3 hours (Intersite)
Windows 2000: 5 minutes (Intrasite); 3 hours (Intersite)

You need to decide how long you want to replicate. Depends of your link and
your organization needs. About DC's at same LAN, each 5 minutes they start
the replication.
