upgrade of DC's

Hello,

I am currently running a Windows 2000 active directory environment. We
currently have 3 sites, with each site running 2 Windows 2000 Advanced
Server domain controllers.

We are looking at upgrading the domain controllers, from Windows 2000 to
Windows 2003.

I was looking to install the 2003 servers one-by-one to the domain, and then
do a DC promo, so each site has 4 domain controllers.

I then was going to change the PDC emulator to one of the 2003 servers, and
then use dcpromo to remove the 2000 domain controllers.

Can anyone point out any potential problems with this?

Are there any differences between AD hosted on 2003 domain controllers as
opposed to 2000 DC's?
