Cannot install certificate services

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

When trying to install certificate services on any of my W2K3 SP1 servers
the installation stops with following errors (taken from the certocm.log):

I'd appreciate if someone could assist in finding out what "Directory
object" or "Element" is missing.
