permission on ADAM objects

Hi,

This command line works.

dsacls
"\\localhost\ou=dhs,o=cannery,o=dts,l=sacramento,l=california,c=us" /N
/G cn=dhsdel,o=cannery,o=dts,l=sacramento,l=california,c=us:GA

After execution, cn=dhsdel got the full control on ou=dhs. However, a
problem is with ldp I am unable to access ou=dhs.

I bound the local adam using cn=dhsdel and view the tree:

o=cannery,o=dts,l=sacramento,l=california,c=us

but could not read cn=dhs nor search any child objects(user) under the
cn=dhs.

Please land me your hands.
