User Folders

Hi Guys,

I was wondering, i have taken over a clients network and seen something that
i can find very useful.

When i create a new user in active directory, the go to the clients machine
and logon with that user, the my documents folder is automatically mapped to
a shared users directory with there username for example;

SERVER\USERS\JOE.BLOGGS

I would love to find out how he or she did that?

If so can i also create it for when i setup a new user it create a roaming
profile path?
