You can do this with GPO directly, if the scope of addresses assigned by
your DHCP server in the conference room is configured as a subnet in AD.
Then simply create a new site, associate this subnet with the new site, and
link GPO object with correct screensaver settings at the site level, instead
of the domain level.
You will have to make sure, however, that other screensaver policies are
defined in GPOs linked at the domain level (as they will take precedence
over site-level linked GPOs)
