This may be due, among many other things, such as time skews, to a DNS
misconfiguration. We'll need specifics about your config. Let's start off
with providing us an ipconfig /all of a DC and of a client machine please.
This will give us a specific picture of your AD DC/client configuration and
will give us a good start for a diagnosis.
