This is not an Active Directory question, but rather a wireless networking
question. I would find the appropriate newsgroup to post this question, and
maybe the micrsoft.public.windows.server.networking newsgroup would be
approprate.
But from what I see from what you've posted, it seems either the wireless
USB NIC is disabled due to drivers, or the fact it cannot acquire an IP
because of WEP.
