GPO Replication Error and Userenv 1030 1058

hi,

i have different W2K3 DCs in 2 sites. one of them shows me Userenv 1058 and
userenv 1030 errors, saying GPO cn{xxxx} cannot be accessed. the policy can
not be found on 2 of my DCs. the other DC has the policy, but the policy
folder contains other policies than the 2 failed DC have. i dont see errors
in filereplication log.
i run gpottol and found:
