win 2003 gpo

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Hi
I have a win2003 server but cant get in no matter what, keeps telling me
acess is denied even though me and no one else havent touched the gpos.

i have reset the the group policies via the run command but still wont let
me in.

Any suggestions?
