Connecting AzMan - AzAuthorizationStore.Initialize()

Hi All,

I have created an application using C# and AzMan (Authorization
Manager). It works successfully when I run that under the AzMan
administrative ID, User_A for example. However, when I run the same
application on another machine with some different user id, User_B, it
cannot connect to Authorization Manager Policy Store.

In Authorization Manager, on Authorization Store level, I have added
User_B in Reader & Administrator Group in Security Tab.

When I debug the code, I found out it throws an error at
AzAuthorizationstore.Initialize(xx, xxx, xxxx); statement.

Could any one please tell me why User_B cannot connect with
Authorization Store in AzMan.
