Win2K - Win2K3

I have 1 Win2K AD server. I just built a Win2K3 server and would also like
to make it an AD Server and eventually make is the primary. Is there
anything I need to do prior to adding AD to the new server? Do I need to
upgrade the old server to Win2K3?
