See response to your other question for the use of "permissions"
(or ACLs.)
BUT, you could use a network filter (RRAS or IPSec for instance)
to prevent/allow access based on IP address.
Assuming the Print Server is a Windows Server then RRAS is a
choice. But all Win2000 class machines can implement the IPsec
idea.
Notice that this does not NECESSARILY involve using the actual
IPSec encryption but rather might be merely using Block/Pass IPSec
filters.
