Login failed - server time not sync to domain controller

How can I turn off this time service error, and allow the connection, on
systems that must run different Times and Dates ?

Network has win2003 Standard as PDC, and clients that need to run different
times are WinXP Pro and share printers and drives.
When the clients are set at different Times and Dates than the PDC there are
problems with the shares.

How can this be resolved ?
