Were this a malicious intrusion the same point about "almost too random to
be a person" would apply. Though keep in mind that a sentence with the word
"almost" in it doesn't mean the same as the same sentence without that one
little word in it. Not quite.
A program then? As Al suggests, the server generally doesn't wake up bored
one morning and decide to delete accounts for a laugh.
