Combine multiple forests into one single forest???

We have an NT 4.0 domain that we are about to upgrade to Windows 2003 and
Active Directory. We also have two Windows 2000 Domains/Forests that are
trusted with the NT 4.0 domain. We would like to upgrade our NT 4.0 domain
to Windows 2003 Active Directory and then roll our two Windows 2000 domains
under the newly created Windows 2003 forest. In the end we only want to have
1 Windows 2003 forest because I don't think Exchange 2003 supports multiple
forests. Does anyone know if this is possible?
