Group Policy

I am trying to set group policy to enable screen saver. These are the
settings:

Policy Setting
Hide Screen Saver tab Enabled
Hide Settings tab Enabled
Password protect the screen saver Enabled
Screen Saver Enabled
Screen Saver executable name Enabled
Screen Saver executable name c:\Windows\system32\ss3df0.scr

Policy Setting
Screen Saver timeout Enabled
Number of seconds to wait to enable the Screen Saver

Seconds: 60

Do you know what I am doing wrong?

When I log into the test machine, it lets me do whatever I want.

Help me Please !!
