Only have to import and export ONCE. That is to change the days to 1
(Sounds like you want it 7 now). The default is 30 60 90 or 120 so to get
it to 7 is the export/import need. Once you have done this you never need
to do it again. Everytime you look at the query it is up to date and has
the details for 7 days or older.
