Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

We have Windows 2000/SP4 server, we want to enable account expiry i.e. if
any user does not access the mailbox for more than 60 days, it disables
automatically, with a notification to administrator.

or

Is there any script available to run and atleast we can find the user names
so that we can do it mannually. ??? also advice how to run that script.

I have recently seen a question where Keith has discussed about the same
kind of script.
