Hi Ron,
If this is a test environment, it sounds like the easiset thing to do would
be to remove Active Directory on DC2 by running DCPROMO and re-install by
running it again after a clean reboot. If you are unable to get DC2 to run
DCPROMO, you might be forced to manually remove all traces of DC2 from your
AD by booting into Directory Services restore mode and cleaning up the
directory. Then just re-install your OS onto DC2 and re-run your DCPROMO to
clean up. If you need some assistance on the manual steps to remove DC2 from
your AD, just let me know and I will be happy to assist.
