Cannot access Active Directory

Hi - I am running a network with 3 servers (all 2003) - my PDC can no longer
access AD. If I try to go to Group Policy Management I get a message to say
that the server is not operational.

In event viewer I get the following

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Userenv
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1053
Date: 07/07/2005
Time: 10:48:26
User: NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
Computer: NSS-1
Description:
Windows cannot determine the user or computer name. (Not enough storage is
available to complete this operation. ). Group Policy processing aborted.

For more information, see Help and Support Center at
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.

This message appears about every 5 minutes

If I run DCDIAG I get the following

Domain Controller Diagnosis

Performing initial setup:
[nss-1] LDAP search failed with error 58,
Win32 Error 58.
***Error: The machine, nss-1 could not be contacted, because of a bad net
response. Check to make sure that this machine is a Domain Controller.

My other 2 servers seem ok and users can log on etc.

If anyone could help that would be much appreciated.
