encrypted file



someone encrypted a file on there computer in the domain, is the domain admin
setup by default to be the recovery agent or is there something i have to
setup for that and if so how to i do that? and if it is already setup by
default how to i unencrypte it with the default recovery agent? do i have to
have certificate service installed to use the recovery agent?
