Manually create a Connection Object

I have a single tree root domain and multiple childs. Initially I had KCC
disabled in all my sites. I have created a child in One of the site. The
server does not have any connections when I view through replmon or
"repadmin/showreps."

I have created a connection using ad sites snap in. But it is not
reflecting. Can you let me know how to create a connection object manually.
