Setting up sites in AD 2003

Hi

I am in the middle of a migration from Win2k to win2k3 AD. We had four
domains which I am migrating into one, there are two vlans 10.64.x.x and
10.32.x.x, we want to keep them but in active directory they are going to be
in the same domain, I would like to know which way you think is the best way
to set up the sites as to mirror the vlans so the security is the same.

Also I wanted to set up dhcp servers on both vlans with an 80/20 setup (so
in the 64 vlan 80% of the addresses are 64 and 20% are 32 and the opposite in
the other vlan. Is this the correct way.

Any advice/help is appreciated.

Steve
