scheduled tasks needs password reset to run

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

I am running a Windows 2k AD, I have a Windows 03 member server that runs
misc apps. On the member server I am trying to run several scheduled tasks
but they only run once. They are scheduled to run several times daily, but
they run once. then I have to go into the tasks and retype the password for
each task and click run, they run fine, but only that time. How come I have
to keep going in and retype the password?
